Wisconsin librarians are among those staffing the service from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. During those and all other times, the chat service is also staffed by professionally trained librarians in the U.S. and abroad who are ready, willing and able to help you with your questions.
