Uninstalling the InfoSoup search plugin

Should you need to uninstall the InfoSoup search plugin, here is how it can be done (Windows XP instructions only):

  1. The plugin was placed in the searchplugins directory of Mozilla Firefox, unless you have changed the default download location for plugins in your browser. So go to C:\Program Files\ Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins\ in Windows Explorer.
  2. Once you have located the searchplugins directory, simply delete any files with infosoup in the name (there should only be two).

That's it!
