Tried to freeze the books I was putting on hold today, no freeze square to use.
A freeze box to check will only show when the item you have placed on hold has 1 or more people in the waiting list ahead of you. If you're the only person waiting for the item, you won't be able to freeze the hold. You'll be able to tell in your account if there are others ahead of you by checking the status of each hold - each will say "5 of 35" or "1 of 1" - If it indicates 1 of some number, it means you're first in line and there won't be a freeze hold box available.
If that is not the case and doesn't help in your situation, please contact the staff at your local library for further assistance. They'll be glad to help! You might also want to take a look at our screencast on Freezing Holds in InfoSoup available at http://infosoup.blip.tv/file/1061371/.
When I use google chrome its password manager doesn't save my login information
I was wondering if you could look into working with google to get it fixed
Hi Kyle,
I did some searching online to see if other people are having similar password issues with sites other than InfoSoup, and they are. Because Chrome is so new, I suspect there will be several issues they will have to correct once people start using it more and finding what isn't working.
I'll keep this on my "Watch List," but we don't plan on pursuing a solution at this time as we suspect Chrome will be undergoing a lot of change in the coming months. If I come across a solution, I'll be sure to post it here.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
I will also keep checking with each new update to Chrome to see if the bug has fixed!
Happy Surfing! :)
