We are happy to announce a new feature in InfoSoup! "Forgot Your PIN?" will allow you to reset your PIN on the My Account login page. You must have an email address

I want to renew my books, but I cannot get a pin.

Sorry you're having difficulty setting a PIN! If you have never set a PIN before, try assigning one for yourself on the My Account page (http://www.infosoup.org/patroninfo/) - you will be asked to re-enter the information for it to take hold. If you already had a PIN, but can't reset it or access your account, please contact your local library (http://info.infosoup.org/dir/) for assistance. They can clear out your old PIN, so you can start again.
