The first time you use your InfoSoup's My Account you will need to create a PIN. Your PIN must be a minimum of 4 characters long (numbers, letters or a combination of both), but can be as long as 30 characters if you so choose. When you enter your chosen PIN, you will need to re-enter your info on the next page to confirm it. You will only have to do this once.
